The Grid x Proof of Talk: The Ecosystem Directory for Paris 2026
Proof of Talk gathers some of Web3's most consequential conversations in one room. When hundreds of companies attend, finding who builds what takes more than a name badge. For the second year running, The Grid and Proof of Talk have partnered to build a structured, verified directory for Paris.

How the Partnership Started
Proof of Talk needed a better way to present its ecosystem to attendees. Logo walls list names but tell attendees nothing about what each company builds. The Grid stepped in with a different model last year for Proof of Talk Paris 2025. Each sponsor, speaker organization, and attending company got a curated, interactive profile, structured by sector, product type, and asset.
That model has since powered directories for Solana Breakpoint, Solana Accelerate Hong Kong, the European Blockchain Conference, ETHDam, and Dutch Blockchain Week. The Grid takes the raw list of sponsors, speakers, and attending organizations and maps them against its database. A static attendee list becomes something people can explore. Proof of Talk saw the value in interactive networking and expanded the collaboration with The Grid for the 2026 edition of Proof of Talk.
About Proof of Talk
Proof of Talk is a deliberately capped Web3 conference held at the Louvre Palace in Paris. It caps attendance at 2,500 and draws a concentrated mix of decision-makers from Web3, venture capital, and institutional finance. The event sold out in 2024 and again in 2025.
That concentration creates a real challenge. A room full of decision-makers rewards preparation over improvisation. Knowing who builds what matters more at a 2,500-person event than at a larger one. A verified, structured directory lets every attendee do that research before they arrive.
What Claiming a Profile Means
The Grid operates on a clear principle. The people inside a company know it best. The directory centers on validated, self-claimed profiles, not scraped data or manual curation alone.
Every Proof of Talk sponsor and partner already has a profile that The Grid pre-populates from its database. Claiming a profile means taking ownership of that data. The company controls how it appears to the founders, investors, and builders attending the event.
Claiming a profile unlocks:
Full edit access to a profile dashboard
A claimed profile badge
Control over how the project appears across ecosystems
API access to company data
Visit The Grid network to claim. Register and request access to the company profile. The BD or Marketing lead at each organization should complete this ahead of the event.
We’ll always have Paris
What happens to a profile after you’ve had your last party, closing chats, and making your way home after your two days at the Louvre for Proof of Talk?
Your company profile stays live. Every profile claimed for Proof of Talk 2026 joins The Grid's data as a living resource you can use across future events, member organizations, and every platform that pulls from The Grid’s database. The Grid tracks over 3,000 organizations, 5,800 products, and 1,500 digital assets, and serves over 400,000 API requests per month.
Enriching a profile at Proof of Talk pays off well after Paris. Codex uses The Grid’s validated token metadata to serve accurate information to its users. Update your data once on The Grid, and it propagates across every connected directory and partner platform, including future events The Grid powers.
Why This Matters for Events
Most event pages leave attendees to research companies one by one. Organizer teams spend time chasing logos and copy from every sponsor and speaker, and a last-minute rebrand can mean scrambling to update assets days before the event. The Grid removes both problems. Profiles update in real-time, so when a sponsor rebrands or updates their information, the directory reflects it automatically.
Attendees get a structured, explorable view of who attends and what they build, available before the first session, during hallway conversations, and after the flight home. Organizers get curated profiles, a stronger deliverable than just logos on a page. They get real-time updates right through to event day, and structured data that feeds into market maps, sector breakdowns, and ecosystem reports.
Proof of Talk brings together an incredibly dense network of founders, investors, and operators, but that density only creates value if people can actually navigate it. The Grid turns a static attendee list into usable infrastructure before, during, and after the event. That’s the difference between attending and actually connecting.
